This yoga class is an enjoyable experience geared specifically toward women during their pre-natal stage. Each pose that is done in the class is explained for each trimester, and students are made aware of what movements to avoid and why.
There is an emphasis on deep breathing, hip opening, and positive visualizations, in order to make the birth a more comfortable, and meaningful experience.
This class also gives you the opportunity to bond with women going through the same experience.
